Natalie Kinloch is the Chief Executive Officer for FBCL, the federal Crown corporation, which owns, manages and oversees the administration and operation of four international bridges located in Ontario (Sault Ste. Marie, Point Edward, Lansdowne and Cornwall). Ms. Kinloch was appointed to a five-year term, through an order of the Governor in Council on February 1, 2019. As a senior executive with over 20 years of business acumen, Ms. Kinloch possesses a wide range of experience in disciplines such as corporate planning, financial management and accountability, governmental liaison, operations and risk management.

Prior to her appointment, Ms. Kinloch occupied a key role at FBCL as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer. Her comprehensive portfolio included responsibility for bridge operations, asset management, finance, corporate planning, risk management, and government liaison. She has been with FBCL since 2009.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Kinloch served at the executive level with the National Capital Commission where she held a several senior positions in corporate planning and government affairs. She started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and worked for a period in Ottawa’s high tech industry.

As part of her executive responsibilities, Ms. Kinloch is a member of the FBCL Board of Directors, the Chair of the Sault Ste. Marie Bridge Authority Board of Directors and of The Seaway International Bridge Corporation, Ltd as well as a member of the Boards of Directors for the Thousand Islands Bridge Authority.

She is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA, CA), the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa.
