In May 2019, Pascale was appointed for a two-year term as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited. She had previously been assigned the responsibilities of director and Vice-Chair to the FBCL Board in 2015 when the organization was newly amalgamated. During that tenure, she has served as the Chairperson of the Governance, Policy and Human Resources Committee, and participated in the definition of all of the refreshed processes and policies for the renewed organization, while dealing with the ongoing issues facing an organization of this magnitude.

Pascale is a former President of the Ontario Bar Association and a former Director of the Canadian Bar Association and of the Canadian Bar Insurance Association (Lawyers Financial). She has authored and presented numerous papers and articles, and arranged legal seminars and conferences for several professional organizations.

Ms. Daigneault has completed studies in engineering and holds degrees in biochemistry and law from the University of Ottawa. She currently practises at Fleck Law, a firm she co-founded, dividing her time between Sarnia and Toronto.

Pascale is also President of Le Réseau des Femmes du sud-ouest de l’Ontario, a non-profit organization that works to prevent violence and improve the status of women.

She holds both American and Canadian citizenship and is fluently bilingual in both Official Languages. Pascale has an interest in governance and technology.
